The Applicant
Hereby applies to become a Member of NOAH Australia Pty Ltd ACN 115 239 159 ABN 62115239159 (“The Company”)

Membership
|
Membership year is January to December
- $66 per annum GST Inc (If paid by Cheque or Direct Deposit
- $55 per annum GST Inc (If paid on line by Visa or Mastercard)
- Pro Rata Membership applies from July to December 50% Rate of Full Membership

The Applicant:
- Agrees to become a financial member of NOAH Australia Pty Ltd
- Members agrees to pay Promotional Fees as per the advertised schedule
Members agrees to a random annual audit on Promotional Fee Returns
- Agrees to the Membership Status Registration Requirements as set out in Terms & Conditions
- Agrees to notify NOAH Australia Pty Ltd 30 days in writing prior to termination of Annual Membership Renewal and agrees to pay an Administration Fee of $88 for Early Termination without Notice.
Privacy Notice:
NOAH Australia (NOAH) collects personal information about the applicant so that information and updates can be emailed or posted to the Applicant. No Personal information will be disclosed to any third party unless written prior approval by the applicant is given to NOAH Australia Pty Ltd.

Terms and Conditions for Silver and Gold Membership:
Members will be entitled to display the NOAH Quality Seal Logo
on Processed Olive Products offered For Sale in Australia.
These Members must meet the Minimum Australian Olive Industry Quality Standards.
Members must supply within 30 days of applying for Membership evidence of meeting the Australian Olive Industry Quality Standards. and their Approved Supplier Status.
This can be achieved also by Microbiological or Chemical Testing of their Olive Products
Testing can be arranged through your NATA Laboratory or through
