NOAH AUSTRALIA Technical Body is open to all Olive Producers or Processors representatives in Australia. The Technical Body meets biannually or as often as needed. Effectively it is an Industry network of food safety and quality standards experts who will share knowledge and improve working practices and the integrity of work on food safety and quality standards. Its tasks are to monitor food safety and quality developments and to act as the consultation group for the NOAH AUSTRALIA Board .
The task of the Technical Body is to benchmark food safety and quality standards for manufacturing and grove assurance standards against the Best Practices and to ensure that all stockholders conform to these Standards through Olive Care Australia
